    Up for sale here is this box of 2 NOS NIB vintage Sprague Black Beauty capacitors.  The caps are all marked .5 uf 400v, and test around .56-.586 uf, with low leakage/ESR.  They should be fine at full voltage.  Please see my pictures for details.
